NCSU Caregivers Club

Raising babies and toddlers can feel like uncharted territory on the best of days, but there is no need to brave the challenges of parenthood alone. To support your journey, current and soon-to-be parents are invited for free and enriching activities at the NCSU Family Resource Center. On the first Monday of each month, we will offer family activities for parents to fill their cups, share stories and experiences, and meet other young families. From baby yoga to wean-from-milk cooking classes,  we invite you to learn new skills, find what works, and enjoy your unique experience as a caregiver.

We welcome all parents and caregivers with children 0 to 5 years old!
